At Aphoria, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it easy and fair for both of us.
⏳ Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, unopened, with original tags and packaging.

Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

We’ll guide you through the process and give you the return address. Please note that items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted.
🚚 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
We check every order carefully, but if you ever receive something damaged, defective, or incorrect—please contact us right away. We’ll review the situation and make it right as quickly as possible.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Some products can’t be returned:

🔄 Exchanges
If you’d like something different, the fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
